At Louvell Bridal Boutique, we take great care in selecting and sizing each gown individually to ensure quality and accuracy. Due to the nature of our highly discounted bridal collections and the exclusivity of our stock, we operate a strict no returns policy.

 

Exceptions:

Returns will only be accepted in the rare case of a faulty or damaged item upon delivery.

If you believe your item is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photographs and details of the issue.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
