By signing this form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a participant in events organised , hosted, or coordinated by Louvell Events:
 
1. Assumption of Risk
 
I understand and acknowledge that participation in Louvell Events may involve risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, illness, or other unforeseen consequences. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation in this event.
 
2. Release of Liability
 
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Louvell Events, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the event. This release applies to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
 
3. Indemnification
 
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Louvell Events and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my actions, negligence, or breach of this agreement while participating in the event.
 
4. Medical Treatment
 
I consent to receiving any medical treatment that may be deemed necessary in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the event. I release Louvell Events from any claims or liability related to such medical treatment or decisions.
 
5. Photography and Media Release
 
I understand that Louvell Events may record, photograph, or otherwise capture the event and participants for promotional purposes. I grant Louvell Events the irrevocable right to use my likeness, voice, or image in such media without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.
 
6. Compliance with Rules
 
I agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by Louvell Events. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event without refund.
 
7. Governing Law
 
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province in which the event is held.
 
8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
 
I have read this waiver and release of liability in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it. I voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions as a condition of my participation in the event.
